1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "User," "Player," or "you") and win1ph (the "Company," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the win1ph platform, including the website located at win1ph.cam, all associated mobile applications, and any gaming services provided therein. You agree not to disclose your login information to any third party and to immediately notify win1ph of any unauthorized use of your account or any other security breach. win1ph shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to safeguard your account credentials.

2.4 Verification Requirements

win1ph operates under PAGCOR regulations and is required to verify the identity of all players. You may be required to submit government-issued identification documents, proof of address, payment method verification, and any other documentation deemed necessary by win1ph to comply with know-your-customer (KYC) and anti-money laundering (AML) requirements. Withdrawal requests may be delayed or denied until satisfactory verification is completed.

3. Deposits and Payments

3.1 Deposit Methods

win1ph accepts deposits via various payment methods available to Philippine users, including but not limited to GCash, PayMaya, bank transfers to authorized Philippine banks (BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and others), over-the-counter payments at 7-Eleven outlets, and such other methods as we may make available from time to time. The minimum deposit amount is One Hundred Philippine Pesos (₱100.00), unless otherwise specified.

3.2 Fund Availability

Deposits made via electronic payment methods are typically credited to your win1ph account within minutes of successful transaction completion. Bank transfer deposits may require verification and may take up to twenty-four (24) hours to reflect in your account. Over-the-counter deposits are processed within the timeframe specified by the payment partner. win1ph is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or financial institutions.

3.3 Currency

All transactions on the win1ph platform are conducted in Philippine Pesos (PHP). If you deposit funds in a different currency, the amount will be converted to Philippine Pesos at the prevailing exchange rate determined by our payment processor, and currency conversion fees may apply.

3.4 No Deposit Fees

win1ph does not charge fees for deposits made through our platform. However, your financial institution, payment processor, or e-wallet provider may impose their own transaction fees. You are responsible for any such fees charged by third parties.

4. Withdrawals

4.1 Withdrawal Requests

You may request a withdrawal of your available account balance at any time, subject to completion of all verification requirements and compliance with these Terms and Conditions. The minimum withdrawal amount is Two Hundred Philippine Pesos (₱200.00). Withdrawal requests must be made through the account dashboard using the designated withdrawal methods.

4.2 Processing Time

Withdrawal requests to electronic wallets (GCash, PayMaya) are typically processed within one (1) to four (4) hours during business hours. 4.4 Withdrawal to Original Payment Method

In accordance with anti-money laundering regulations, withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for deposits whenever possible. If this is not feasible due to technical limitations or other valid reasons, alternative withdrawal methods may be permitted at win1ph's sole discretion following additional verification procedures.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Bonus Terms

win1ph may offer various bonuses, promotions, and special offers to players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, eligible games, maximum bet limits, and expiration dates. 5.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise stated, all bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn. 9. Account Suspension and Termination

win1ph reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for any violation of these Terms and Conditions, suspicious activity, non-compliance with verification requirements, or any other reason deemed necessary to protect the integrity of our platform or comply with legal or regulatory obligations. Upon termination for cause, any remaining account balance may be forfeited.

9.2 Voluntary Closure

You may request closure of your account at any time by contacting customer support. Before account closure is processed, you must withdraw any remaining balance. win1ph reserves the right to retain your personal information as required by law for record-keeping and regulatory compliance purposes even after account closure.

10. Intellectual Property

All content, graphics, logos, trademarks, software, and materials displayed on the win1ph platform are the exclusive property of win1ph or its licensors and are protected by Philippine and international intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the platform for personal gaming purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the platform without express written permission.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Philippine law, win1ph and its officers, directors, employees, affiliates, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use our services, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill. 13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising from your use of win1ph services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines.

13.2 Dispute Resolution

In the event of any dispute, controversy, or claim arising from these Terms and Conditions, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails to resolve the dispute within thirty (30) days, the matter may be escalated to PAGCOR for mediation or submitted to the appropriate Philippine courts for resolution.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable, or if such modification is not possible, the provision shall be severed from these Terms and Conditions. The validity, legality, and enforceability of the remaining provisions shall not be affected or impaired in any way.
